Each chef prepares their assigned dishes and taps “Ready” on the touch screen, triggering the printing of a sticker label with the order ID. The chef then attaches this label to the food pack.

Order Collection

Once all dishes in an order are marked “Ready” by the respective chefs, the operator collects the food from different stations and organizes them.

Secure Food Delivery

The operator places the packed food in a Food Delivery Box equipped with a number lock outside the restaurant. Each box is assigned a unique box number, and the operator marks the order as “Ready” in the app.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, customers enter the provided pin on the keypad of the designated box to unlock it and take their food. This secure and straightforward process ensures a seamless pickup experience.
